Event at its finest and Beyond 

Gembso Events and Beyond is ...
Gembso Events by Majella is composed of young, upbeat and creative team based in Batangas City headed and managed by Majella De Jesus Magpantay, a graduate of Business Management from De La Salle University Manila. When she was still in High School, she was so active with different school and other extra-curricular activities. She used to plan, organize and coordinate numerous parties, birthdays, debuts, some weddings and other events long before she decided to make this as a career. After finishing her studies she intended to pursue her dream of becoming an Event Planner and a host, too. She aims to plan GEMBSO (Great, Exceptional, Memorable, Brilliant, Superb, and Outstanding) events not just for soon-to-weds but for other people also. In the year 2004, she was able to plan a few weddings and debuts of some relatives and friends for free. But in year 2006 she then explored the events coordination business.

Majella (Maj)- The Event Specialist a.k.a the Planner!
She knows everything about your preps. She will make sure that everything is properly taken care of. The do?s and dont?s, likes and dislikes are on top of her list. Major concerns with suppliers will be discussed accordingly as planned. She would also be in-charge in handling your wedding reception program if you would avail of the free host.  You might think that how could she manages to plan and supervise your wedding if she is the one holding the microphone. Answer: If there would be one person who knows everything even the tiniest details on your wedding that would be MAJ. She knows how you wanted things to go along your way. From entrance to exit. From music to speeches, down to surprises and gimmicks. Since hosting is also one of her fortes you?ll never go wrong with your wedding program :)

Majella is very professional, self-motivated, hands on, responsive, creative, resourceful, extremely organized, ever thinking of the tiniest details, and she would not settle for second best. She treats every client as her friend and is always there to take an extra mile just to make another GEMBSO Event a reality. The Gembso Angels

              The Senior Associate Coordinators               

* Angel (Rizah)- She is the Reception Master :) 

She knows every detail on your reception! From table set-up, to reception floor layout. She makes sure that all you need would be ready. She checks on arrival of suppliers and deliveries. Deals with the caterer, captain waiter and chef, sounds and lights technicians. She also makes sure that the wines are cold, the cocktails are fresh, and there are utensils for the cake cutting, and everyone's ready on their cue on the program. During reception time she is in-charge to assist the guests, the host, and the program flow  and whole lot of tiny details. No room for "kalimot" when Rizah is around :)

                                      * Angel (Rose): The Bride's ANGEL (Assistant to the Bride/Senior Associate)

With Rose on your side no bride will be left unaided! she will be your pacifier, confidante and friend. She is specifically assigned to handle all the concerns of the bride :) from dress up venue, to the bridal car, to the church, up to in-between pictorials after the mass, down to your reception she will  be with you all the way!

* Angels (Coreene & Maya) - The OA (Over-All) Angels.

They are artistically creative, cheerful and friendly and always on-the-go! Jovel does your customized bridal candles and matchboxes with art and passion :) They also do some DIY crafts to make each wedding detail extra special. They are also there at the preps venue of the bride usually just to make sure that everything's in place. All your big day essentials ready, They'll also bring it to church and collect it for proper endorsement.  Either of them will be at the church to assist for distribution of misalettes, bouquets, and other wedding paraphernalia etc.  They are the ones who deal with musicians for the church and ushers the guests and entourage to their seats. . They do the head count and cueing for pictorial per table before going to the buffet.

                                          * Angel (Jed):The Singing Mr. Technicality :) (Senior Associate)

He is in-charge for the program technicalities. He deals with the sound system provider, the band or musicians, sounds and lights technicians. From musical scoring to all parts of your program including the lighting effects and other special effects like party poppers, petals, fireworks etc. He is also our Male wedding singer :) - He is not present on all weddings because he works as a Bank Officer at BPI.

The Junior Associate Coordinators 

 * Angels (Ian/Kerstine/Leah)

They are the ones in charge with the registration, arrival of guests, distribution of table numbers, souvenirs, signing of the guestbook, safekeeping, endorsements, and all the concerns in between.

* Angels (Emie & Levi) - The Men of the Road.

They are in-charge of transporting the coordinators to different locations (hotel/church/reception venue) safe and sound. Also In-charge of the petals, doves, opening of doors, bringing of flowers, offertory items to church, gift tracking etc.
